• Sale Items: No returns or exchanges will be accepted for sale items. All sales on these items are final.
• Returns for Quality Dislike: If you do not like the quality of the product, you may return it, but the delivery fees will be deducted from your refund.

2. Damage Claims

• Video Evidence Required: To ensure that claims regarding damaged items are valid, please make a video of the unboxing process. This is a mandatory requirement, as any damage claims made without video evidence will not be accepted.

3. Return Process

• Initiating a Return: Returns can only be initiated within 2 days of receiving your product. Any returns or refunds will not be processed if this timeframe is not followed.

• Items must be returned in their original condition: unused, unwashed, and in the original packaging.
